MEET MICHELLE BRAMLEY
Michelle Bramley has a portfolio career as an executive coach, non-executive director and board adviser working across commercial and not for profit sectors. She also provides support to the legal sector on an individual, group and team coaching basis around building high performing teams as well inclusive leadership in the D, E and I context (including promoting a culture of belonging) and in the context of the remote/hybrid working environment working with lawyers on an individual and group basis to develop their mentoring and coaching skills in relation to more junior lawyers.
Michele’s executive coaching experience includes 1:1 executive coaching around transition into partnership, lateral partner hires who are on-boarding and coaching for lawyers transitioning out of partnerships. She works with clients on developing personal brand and leadership style and the skills to build deeper client relationships. Working closely with lawyers and business services professionals moving into senior leadership positions she has a focus on strategy development and implementation.
MEET ANTOINETTE MORIARTY
Antoinette has a particular interest in the interplay between psychological insight and personal and professional professional success. She is an experienced Organisational Consultant and Psychotherapist, and has been working at depth with lawyers, legal teams and law firms for more than 20 years.
In addition to her private practice, Antoinette is the clinical lead of the Law Society of Ireland’s Psychological Services, and the developer of ‘Shrink Me; Psychology of a Lawyer’ – now a core aspect of professional legal training in Ireland.
Through her international work, Antoinette is a member of the International Bar Association’s Global Wellbeing Taskforce, incorporating the American Bar Association’s Commission on Lawyer Assistance Programmes (CoLAP), and is an active member of the IBA’s European Regional Forum Working Group.
